Rushed even though there were only 6 people there on a Sunday. Poor technique, my cuticles are dry and rough, dry and uneven. I can see my nail bed they filed my nails down so low ( I do not bite my nails!). Polish is streaky and messy, there's polish on the tips of my fingers
I contemplated whether to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary. I’ve been going to this place on and off for years. Unfortunately, it’s one of only a few salons near me, and it’s the most convenient. At first, service was fine, but over time, their customer service changed. Many of the technicians are incredibly rude, they rarely say hello, and they snap if you ask them to correct or cleanup nail polish.
