Made an appt but one wasn't needed. They did an excellent job with a deluxe pedicure and a dip refill.
First pic is what I asked for – second pic is what she delivered. Kate is truly the best! I asked for a monkey-themed full set—something she had never done before—and she absolutely nailed it. Even though it was her first time doing a 3D monkey design, she recreated the picture I showed her with incredible accuracy and creativity. TL;DR the same tools are used across multiple clients without sanitation in between. The low price isn’t worth health risks. I started coming here occasionally in 2023 on recommendation from a friend. It was a fine no nonsense pedicure at a competitive price. It was a bit of the luck of the draw in which artist you got as far as skill and attention and the language barrier. I feel like I’ve been searching for a good salon my entire life and came here over a year ago and have never gone to another salon. The women here are incredible and so kind. They are super thorough and are really attentive to nail care and cuticle care. I feel like they really care about the health of my nails. My nail tech Kate is the absolute best. I came in to get a fill and shape change. I asked her to do cat claws. She had never done them before but was willing to try. And she nailed💅 ( pun intended) i match my cat.😻 And the detail work she edged into to the nail is spot on.
