I rented a trailer. The person at the desk really didnt seem to care that they charged me double for the trailer (charge was from Uhaul but she processed it there at her computer) She said I would have to call Uhaul. Maybe there is nothing she could have done, but she was very robotic and repetitive about it and really didn't seem to care. Other places around that are also storage units that rent Uhaul have been able to do price adjustments for me. Very impressed. Clean, well taken care of, very good rates, an owner who genuinely cares about people & doesn’t raise rates whenever they want like other storage companies, & easy access. Added perk is the ability to rent U-Hauls. We plan to be here a long while.
