This place was clean but dated the service I was average
You're not going to find better healthcare in Azle. They are so nice and they are straightforward. My husband hates going to the doctor but has not complained about this clinic once. Both Heathers are amazing!

I highly recommend Heather Grayson's Eagle Mountain Healthcare in Azle, for females and males who are seeking PCP/primary care services, whether you carry the insurance they accept or are self pay (self-pay prices are very reasonable, and they offer some virtual visits). There’s no need to drive into Fort Worth when you can get great service and care right here in our hometown! I started using Eagle Mountain Healthcare 3 years ago and I couldn’t be happier and believe me, I’m not the easiest of patients but they have taken care of me and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Heather Grayson was able to get my medications regulated and I can say everything is FINALLY working right! Go see them. It will change your life!
