RecommendedI ordered new replacement parts for my telescopic flagpole from Eagle Mountain Flag and Flagpole Co. today. I inadvertently ordered my 3rd flag kit and my replacement parts in two different colors. The company called me to ask if was intentional or by accident and changed the order before it shipped to make sure I actually received what I had thought I had originally ordered. Talk about tier one customer service!! I will be ordering my flags from Eagle Mountain from now on...you should too!
Nice selection of quality flags very close to home.
I do recommend this company due to they were fast. And customer service was really nice. But I do have some cons also. I ordered a folded memorial flag. It came really nicely packaged it was doubled bagged and tightly sealed! So kudos on shipping/packaging. But my flag the moment it came out of that bag it just kinda fell apart. The fold that this flag was in was not very good. I’d expect that from someone non military. We bought a pole and flag from Eagle Mountain and it looks awesome! Everything from initial communication to prompt installation was professional. We highly recommend them!
Eagle Mountain sends half-staff alerts with explanations. Very helpful to know as i tend to miss the news.

I went in today because I was searching for some flag pins. They had what I needed and answered all my questions about types of flags and what I needed. Everyone in there was super nice and helpful.
I have used Eagle Mountain probably 3 or 4 times and have always been happy with the quality of the product and they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS! That isn't always the case and I am the first to say it when it true and the first to say it when it isn't! Thanks for always being such a great place to do business.. And so helpful! If you need something - they are there to help also.
