This review is not on their auto mechanics service because we never got a chance to use them. We scheduled an appointment for my daughter's brakes to be done on her car. Nothing but good things to say here! Pricing was good! Really liked their invoicing, it was transparent, you could easily select what items you wanted worked on and exactly how much it would cost. They picked up my car and dropped it off. They were fast. They exceeded my expectations which rarely happens!

We have had two experiences now with EM Auto and Dr Transmission. The first was to replace the transmission in our Yukon XL. They were convenient, fast, and communicated incredibly. I could not have been happier with the outcome. The next was to fix some suspension and axle issues on our BMW X3. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the parts and had it fixed within 5 days. Nothing but happiness from this repeat customer.

Update: I recently reached out to these guys with some issues. Since having them replace my transmission fluid, my vehicle has been shifting weird from 3-4 intermittently. It may or may not be related to the work they did, but I at least wanted to have it looked at. The communication has been pretty horrendous. I get that they are probably busy, but I was told they would look at it then didn't hear back. I have had to reach out multiple times and try calling to no avail.
