Excellent customer service. I chatted with Mark Anderson via email and phone. We didn't have a large order and we were an International customer but, was given suberb service nonetheless. Order was placed and delivered very quickly. Would definitely order again and highly recommend. We were in the middle of a substantial millwork installation and as we neared the end we realized we were going to be a few stick short on one of Eagle Aluminum reveal trims. I reached out to Joe immediately and he was able to expedite the needed material to me in just 2 days. That included cutting them to the length we needed to save us on the shipping charges. Damned good customer service in my opinion!
