Customer service was great, reps have always been helpful and nice when I called. We finally went ahead and ordered some nosing to go around our new island and countertops only for 2 of the 3 pieces to arrive quite scratched and scuffed. We gave them the option to replace or partially refund us as husband said he could probably sand the damage off so they did offer half off 2 of the pieces and, again, customer service was no problem at all.
