We think that Holly and her team at Eagle Mortgage are fabulous. We just completed our 2nd refinance through this company and they were right on top of things. We had some issues with our credit the 1st go around but Holly worked us through it then. This time we had a appraisal done but hadn't heard anything for two weeks on it, come to find out the person doing it backed out, but we were able to get it competed and still closed on our anticipated close date with this two week delay. I don't know how we ever would have gone through his home buying process without the Eagle team! They were always there with knowledgable friendly answers. Sometimes I would call 4 times a day, and it was never a problem and I was never treated like I was being bothersome. On the day that I thought I was going o have a total meltdown because the bank sent the wrong document after a week of being on the phone with them, the Eagle team greeted me with, "what can we do to help?!?"
