8/2025: Great little excursion/field trip. Fun way to spend 60-90 mins. Knowledgeable guides, friendly staff, well maintained facility. Easy (minor ladder, but it is straight up-about 10 steps.) Although there’s nothing posted, don’t forget to tip, this is a guided event.
It is a great experience to be able to walk inside a mine
An amazing experience, to walk through actual mining tunnels and learn how mines operate. John, our guide made the tour feel so real with colorful stories of the mining era. My Eagle Mine visit provided a glimpse into the bygone days of the gold miners of the 1800s. It was authentic , educational and enlightening.
