Highly recommended!!!! These ladies are very professional in the Cleves office. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. It was so nice to see smiles on all their faces. Thank you Tami for going above and beyond in helping me get this loan. I have been taking out loans with them for many years. Lately it does not seem that they look at notes when we call, giving specifics. Specifically called them to tell them we will call friday, do our payment on a different card. Do not run a certain card. They ran the card that we specifically told them to not run. There is a clear reason why I do not want you to run that card, and run the other one. I'm just over it. Also, my other half offered to pay on the loan every week, and was told they cannot take partial payments ... read more
The people there are FANTASTIC. Becky and Janet are always there when I need them. There are times that we had to push my loan back a week

The absolute best people to work with hands down!! They are super friendly and treat you with respect. The only place I will use for a loan.
Everyine is so nice to talk to. Loan intrest not bad. Paperwork is easy. This is the only place i go for loans.
