Is anyone having issues reaching management? I showed up at 9:45 am to put in an application and had some questions I wanted to ask but the door was locked and when I knocked some man yelled nonsense at me through the door until I left. I don't understand why craiglist is advertising available rentals or why there is an advertisement sign in the entrance. I've tried calling and physically showing up to office hours but it seems like there is no management?
Management sucks! Better give the landlord that lives out there what he wants, or your rent will be raised, you'll start getting charged for people that done even reside there. Management don't give a shit if half your trailer has to be ran off extension cords for months at a time, cuz electricity comes on and goes off whenever it wants to, not a big fire concern to them at all. The people here are nice. And everyone minds their own business for the most part. The manager could do more, he does not do much. The trailers are in very poor shape and quality. The sewage pipes are always breaking. And they let the pipes sit there exposed and smell go all over the park. The front office is only open for 4 hours. Which makes paying your rent nearly impossible if you are really busy. And getting the manager to answer if you're having an issue with your trailer is nearly impossible as well.
