This is a fantastic place for families looking to have fun.
The most corrupt power hungry "community" I have ever seen. The association fines members with no warning for something as simple as having a parking sign on their own property ($150). They are now walking around peoples properties and checking cars for registration in hopes of collecting more revenue. No one knows where the millions of dollars goes each year either..... STAY FAR AWAY or they will rob your blind of your hard earned money.
This is the greatest community. My Grandparents bought here shortly after they opened in 1983 & I grew up here and eagle lake memories are some of my fondest. I was lucky enough to buy right across the street from my grandparents original place 1 year ago and I love it! Community is beautiful and staff and Maintenance does an amazing job on up keep.
