We are staying in the community in one of the properties as ABB. The community itself is wonderful, however, be very careful about choosing the rental. We chose the house closer to our friends and everything was fine until my wife and kids moved in on July 7th. The place itself was very clean but once she turned on the water it came out disgusting and with a terrible smell. Cannot recommend as a visitor or a property owner due to the power trip of management here. Wrongfully issued a speeding citation and when requested documentation of evidence on their end, no such evidence could be produce and a fine was still issued. In a court of law, this citation would be thrown out. However this community board endorses undue surveillance and intimidation.
