Ordered and paid for patches on behalf of my unit. Here we are, over a year behind schedule. Nobody will return calls or emails. Have had no updates to timelines or progress in months. Whatever it is you are thinking about using Eagle for, I suggest using literally anyone else. This company is a complete joke.

I purchased an operator belt a few months ago and the buckle consistently falls off. Sent Don photos of the belt and its manufacturing label, spoke briefly on the phone where he said he was going to call me back, and then never heard from him again. Customer service number is just a voicemail and no one responds. For the price, it’s better to spend the extra $40 to go with another top brand.
There is such thing as being a poor customer and I am proof of that. I ordered the wrong size OGB bcuz I don’t know how to follow directions. I compound this while trying to exchange said belt for a Large. I was sure not to include tracking or bother retaining my receipt. Marjie, thank you! I appreciate you beyond words.
