Purchased a house built in 2009 from eagle homes and nothing is square therr is dodgy frames everywhere, not even treated pine, shower base fell through due to bad building . This company is bad practice.
I am extremely disappointed with Eagle Home Builder. They have been very unprofessional and misleading throughout the entire process. I signed my contract in 2022, but they only prepared the documents for council approval in 2025, which caused huge delays for my project. Whenever I call their office, no one is available to talk. Worst customer service ever. My enquiry was passed around the entire office like a ball, no one takes responsibility, and it seems like they have zero internal communication. After already taking three major payments and with the house only two stages away from completion, they suddenly informed me at the very last minute that the kitchen benchtop colour I selected is discontinued. Before handing this low life company Eagle Homes any money think long and hard, they asked up to preform work illegally so they could save money but we refused so they then asked us to proceed the correct way but after seven months they won’t pay us won’t return our calls. They will do anything to save money what will they do to save money for themselves on your build. No wonder their star rating is 3.7 and falling id say 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
People seem to have different thought about Eagle Homes; however, its been a smooth journey for us although we experienced the delay from Council. In General, Admin team is quick on responding our queries & handling our documents. Special thanks to Michael, Jessica, Christina, Sandra, Noelle & Nick looking after the paperworks. My special thanks to Carlos who look after the site & ensure high quality works of subbies. Communication was very smooth. 7 months from start to moving in is amazing.
