Very suspicious. The so-called "incentive" Lennar gives buyers for using this mortgage company is smoke and mirrors. The money is eaten away by junk and other fees that are really costs of doing business or fees the seller should be paying. This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth for both the lender and the builder.
