This company is the absolute worst!! STAY AWAY! First time homebuyers and we don’t get emails/phone calls answered, they’re dodgy with warranty issues, and the employees are outright rude. Neil specifically was horrible to us last year. The loan officer as well didn’t get back to us for days and then acted like it was our emergency to sign something. It’s a complete joke. Don’t buy lennar no matter how appealing it may seem.
Kimberly Peterson and team were amazing! She was genuine and extremely attentive throughout the whole process. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I was always kept up to date about everything that was going on. I never felt like just a number. I would definitely recommend!
