We recently closed on a house with Eagle as our lenders. Things seemed to be going smoothly until2 days before our closing. After I reached out to our realtor to see if we were still on track she informed me that no we were not. Here is how our broker failed us: 1. Communication. This company provided a pre approval letter above my listing price and failed to secure a mortgage for my buyers. Kept us hanging for 3 months then failed!!!

Travis Smith was terrible. No communication, asked for documents we sent already multiple times. His poor knowledge and lack of commitment to do his job pushed our home buying process weeks back, inconveniencing us and the seller in many different ways. If I hadn't had such an amazing Realtor, I would have given up! Now our house is closed on, and we try to find out where our payments will be going and when.
