I bought this bumper to bumper service about 18 months ago and have finally paid it off in full. My car's engine went out on me and I was nervous about using this service and praying that it was not a scam. Here's my experience: I responded to an advertisement for a vehicle warranty. I was told it would be bumper-to-bumper up to 100,000 miles. I agree to let them take the initial payment out of my credit card. They send me a contract and it's not bumper-to-bumper. They apologize, tell me they sent me the wrong contract and quoted me the price of the lower contract. The bumper-to-bumper contract would be more money.
