I don’t recommend it. When I have a problem with my coordinator I demand to talk to the person in charge. So long story short no answer back and they have the nerve to call Medicare to let them know that they won’t serve me no more without my consent or taking to the person in charge like I asked.
No work available. They do not invest is prospective aides. The host for unpaid orientation was late. They aren’t very selective when it comes to picking clients. Unprofessional all around.
I have watched and listened to the staff, especially a manager named Yocarvee, treat my partner who is disabled, with utter disrespect, this company is NOTHING like they say. The staff and aides are terrible. Just terrible. When we complained that a home care aide had become abusive and violent. They said “oh we (Eagle) never even met her before” SO THEY DO NOT EVEN CHECK IF THESE HCA ARE EVEN DECENT HUMANS. Then we found out they still let her work there!!!!!!
