All the staff at Eagle Hill are wonderful but a very special shout out goes to Dr. Kayla North. She is someone so special and caring, she always puts my mind at ease with her genuine caring approach to everything. She makes us feel confident to ask questions and takes every comment we share with intention and action. We feel so at ease know our sweet girl is so taken care of by Eagle Hill. We are so lucky to have Dr. Kayla in our community! Thank you a million times over for making our puppy parent hearts feel at ease!
Today we had to say goodbye to our beloved four legged family member. The staff was so incredibly kind and compassionate, making this awful part about owning pets a little less horrible. The person who answered the phone this morning to book the appointment was so caring and lovely to speak to. Dr. Kayla North is SO kind and patient with my timid little kitten! All the staff are very kind I highly recommend taking your pets here as they truly do care you feel like part of the family 🤍
