Very well run and excellent service.
Staff and doctor seemed quite lovely and were never rude, hence why it isn't 1 Star. However I've been trying to get back to "back to work forms" signed by them and sent back yet due to the lack of organization, I still haven't heard anything. I've called in multiple times and multiple emails as well. I even had a phone call appointment setup, but the first time I got it in, they called my emergency contact.
