Not a pleasant experience. “Absolute hack,” as my husband says.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Adam came to our house and after a little bit of discussion and testing, he was able to find out the exact issue. Not only was he super knowledgeable and informative. He was also very enthusiastic about his work and really seems to love what he does. Adam is a great young tech who I believe will absolutely thrive in this industry.
