We had Eagle Heating and Air come out to Our home to check our unit. The company was very prompt in returning my call and setting up my appointment. They showed up on time and promptly gave us a diagnostic of what was going on. It was worth the 90 dollars to know what we were looking at. They are doing a quote for our needs. We have been very pleased with them so far! Again we had the unit diagnosed and we should be getting a quote to repair or replace the unit (we already knew the unit was not working) t Kristie Ingram
Air conditioning system went out Sunday. Called Monday morning and system was repaired by 9:30 the same morning. Thank you for the quick response, repair, and knowledgeable friendly workers.
Quick to respond to a maintenance request and identified the issue. John provided options for the repair that allowed us to determine what works best for our home.
Service was prompt, cleaning done and even gave us advice on keeping the outside unit cleaner. Serviceman was friendly and would definetly use him again.
Quick response. Was 92 degrees upstairs. Had me going and cooling off in no time. The kids complained last night they were cold.
