I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me fo my PO Box here in eagle. I told her I’m a travel nurse I don’t heave a P.O. Box here and proceed to give her my address in TN she replied no we can’t see you- you have to have an address here and hang up on me Wow ain’t this some bs, so I guess only people with P.O. Box in eagle co can be seen, no matter if you have insurance or not, no matter how sick you are. Wish I could’ve given them zero stars but that’s not an option.
The nurse and front desk staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. I wasn’t excited about the PA that saw my child, but I would for sure go back since there are other doctors/PA’s to see there.
I am 100% happy with the doctors and staff here!
Extremely well organized, on time office with caring staff that goes the extra mile. work with you on payments and reductions. My Dr Roney has saved my life now twice. cant say enough about this office.
