We were pleasantly surprised with Jon and Eagle Head! My husbands truck needed a drive shaft replacement. First, Jon was very reasonably priced for the tow, and while chatting he commented that he had the part. We still did our due diligence and asked around town - but getting the part was an unexpected issue. So we contacted Jon. Communication was a bit of an issue, but he recognized that and addressed it.
