5 EXCEPTIONAL Stars is not enough for what Jane can do with your clothing! Whether it’s dry cleaning a delicate lace sweater or altering and hemming an expensive dress, even my fine Peruvian cotton tee shirt was hemmed with such excellence. Wonderful care to your valuable clothing! Jane is just fabulous at it all. Prices are absolutely fair! I would give Jane a hundred stars if I could, she has never disappointed me. You love your clothes, well, she does too and it shows in her exquisite professional work!
They did a perfect replacement of the cuffs and waistband on my Navy G1 leather flight jacket. Could not have been happier!
I took my Vera Bradley packable backpack to her on a hunch she may be able to repair it. VB no longer makes these travel packs & the best thing ever for traveling abroad! It had come apart at the top involving the loop where the 2 zippers meet. She studied the ripped area for several minutes and stated she would try to fix it but no promises. We’re regulars for alterations and have always been very happy.
Exquisite service! Have been coming here for YEARS and have NEVER been let down. From alterations to dry cleaning, the quality is PERFECT! If you need something done by a certain time they are very communicative on what they can and cannot do by a certain time which is more than I can ask for given other experiences. There are no surprises and when they say it's ready on the date they give you it is!
