They have a “yearly” subscription which they are on point to charge every month regardless if you’ve gone or not but when you decide to take your vehicle they try to dictate when you can get it wash even though is a “yearly” subscription. I’ve been a member of these subscription for years now but hadn’t taken my truck to get washed on a Saturday so when I did the other day they told me that the subscription is only Monday-Friday even though is nowhere on the card they give you to which I asked to speak to upper management wh... read more
RecommendedThey did an excellent job. I had bugs from 3 different road trips and they removed them all. I forgot how much my truck sparkled in the sun.
great car wash with great service
This was my first time going there and I paid to have the inside and outside cleaned.....they didn’t even touch the back, the seats were still down as I left them. I even gave tip and drive off, I should have checked my car right then and there. $40 and I could have gotten better service....and I’m not even the one to post reviews. They lost my trust....super disappointed.
My first time in this car wash place. I was very satisfied. They did a great job, service was very outstanding and friendly. The guys doing the job were very well trained and professional (Don’t forget to tip!)
I dropped my Honda Fit off for a cleaning, with all its floor mats in place. Picked it up and they claimed I didn’t have any floor mats. They stole the floor mats out of my car!!! Never ever go here
Damaged my wife’s car, didn’t take responsibility for and blamed her. A simple mistake that could of been easily fix that would’ve cap hey now to year-long customer was tarnished due to the lack of integrity and customer service. Super disappointing
Walked out the door paying a little under $33 (including an 18% tip) for car wash and interior clean and I got to say that it’s a Top 5 car washes for the price. I’m used to paying $50-60+ for the same services and worse quality in Massachusetts. I’d say their quality is as good as a low end professional auto detailing.
