Such a pleasant small family business to work with! They walked me through the lease and answered all my questions. So much better than dealing with nameless and faceless big corporate owned storage. Love the month to month option so it’s truly storage on our terms. Also - all the area around the drive up storage is paved instead of gravel. So much easier for move in and out.
Very good communication, extremely personable. These guys are great to deal with. I’m totally impressed with service that they have provided to me. Absolutely the best storage unit so far I have ever rented from.
HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of DAMAGE to my personal items and furniture due to my UNIT FLOODING after rain!!! I spoke to another person working on the unit beside mine that ALSO had TWO UNITS FLOODED and items ruined!!! You pay all of this money to store valuables, and the owners do absolutely nothing to address drainage issues to the point where you might as well just throw everything in a ditch outside!
