I reached out to this shop for assistance with a small job and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. As I began explaining my situation, the person on the phone rudely interrupted me, cutting me off mid-sentence. He bluntly told me that he didn’t care about my situation and simply quoted the price. This lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. Customer service should be about listening and offering solutions, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
