Most unprofessional and un thorough doctors office I've seen in most my life. It's been a bad experience.
My father contacted this office, where he has been a patient since a hospitalization for a bowel obstruction several years ago, with an acute medical concern. He suspected another obstruction, had a fever, and was in significant pain. Because of covid 19, he was unsure if he should go to the hospital, where to go, and the procedure for doing so. After waiting 5 hours for a return call, the doctor had HIS ASSISTANT call. No medical provider spoke with my father, who was afraid and unsure of what to do. This is terrible custom... read more
