When they come, they do a fairly good job. I haven't seen anyone in a while. Communication is non-existent, which is pretty frustrating.
We hired Eagle Gardening Service for a home remodel in July. While the bid was fair, we have had lengthy delays on our project, exceptionally poor communication from the owner, and an unreliable timeframe. We have experienced more instances then not where we were told workers would be onsite and then no one showed up with no communication at all. Tina came out to quote us for landscaping services and promised to provide an estimate. It's moot at this point, but several weeks later, after many attempts to reconnect, they have failed to live up that promise. We called and emailed them several times and never heard back.
