Extremely disappointed with this shop. We had them do work on our Prius, and the next time we drove it the car stopped working in the middle of a major street. We had the car towed back to them, and they charged us to look over the car and say everything was fine. Given no other choice, we took the car back and not 30 minutes later it stopped again in the middle of the highway. Another tow truck later, we towed it to Toyota. Great customer service.
Saved my bacon. I cold called to get my van looked at, inspection was due and the check engine light came on at the worst time. Looked up the code it was throwing, and thought i was going to need a whole new exhaust installed. Jerry and his crew took a look, fixed the issue, cleared the code and gave it a clean bill of health. Guess i know where I'm taking my van for repairs from now on.
