Very easy to get a loan, and some of the staff is understanding, some not so friendly. I fell behind on my payments, and nobody ever explained that I could get my payments lowered so that I wouldn't have to keep paying late fees. Then I met Samantha, she's a very nice and understanding lady, she helped me tremendously. She's very friendly and always greets me with a smile, makes me feel welcome.
