I am VERY pleased with our new fence...I was not the easiest customer...the entire team from Chris, when he visited for measurements, the office staff, and the builders, all of them were pleasant, professional, hardworking and efficient! Recently had just over 200 feet of 4 foot black aluminum fence installed around my back yard. Todd the lead estimator was great to deal with, he also gave me a Veteran discount. One of the 5 ft gates was a little short but they came out a 2 weeks later and corrected the issue. The reason the 4 star review is the installers after digging out for concrete post holes, they left some extra sand and rocks at each post location which I have to pay my landscaper to remove. Other than that the job turned out great.
It is hard to imagine that getting a fence could be more complicated than these people made it. Poor communication, non returned calls, strict process with lots of paperwork, job delayed….just to mention a few of the problems.
