Bad Customer Service We use goldenseal root in our products and wanted to purchase from North Carolina. I found Eagle Feather Farm and what appeared to be a good source. I purchased two ounces. When it arrived the product had a 10 year old date - see photo. I opted to return the product for refund, this was in May2019. Now in August 2019 I have not received my money back.
