I have a great doctor at Eagle Tannenbaum. I’m writing because Eagle Physicians patient portal is a horror to use. It is nearly impossible to scroll. The screen jumps around and changes font. Don’t you dare make a grammatical mistake in your message to your doctor. You are not allowed to fix it due to endless software glitches. Just plan on starting over, EVERY time.
Great care and compassionate physicians. Very attentive and took the time to listen and not rush you out of the room. All staff were great in multiple areas of expertise.
I received excellent care from Dr. Raju and her team! I am retired military this was my first civilian medical experience. The entire team are caring, friendly proficient and professional. Within a few days Dr. Raju provided a referral for an orthopedist. Within three months of my initial visit I had hip replacement surgery.
