I have a great doctor at Eagle Tannenbaum. I’m writing because Eagle Physicians patient portal is a horror to use. It is nearly impossible to scroll. The screen jumps around and changes font. Don’t you dare make a grammatical mistake in your message to your doctor. You are not allowed to fix it due to endless software glitches. Just plan on starting over, EVERY time.
Great care and compassionate physicians. Very attentive and took the time to listen and not rush you out of the room. All staff were great in multiple areas of expertise.
I received excellent care from Dr. Raju and her team! I am retired military this was my first civilian medical experience. The entire team are caring, friendly proficient and professional. Within a few days Dr. Raju provided a referral for an orthopedist. Within three months of my initial visit I had hip replacement surgery. Never was a patient or employee only applied and realized this whole entire establishment is a joke. Applied on line was rejected less than 30min , no one even looked at application. I believe they have someone who over sees the hiring process that has personal issues and is very incompetent in their position. Would never recommend this place for anyone!!!.
If I could give this place a 0-star review I would! They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful practice I’ve seen in my life! Especially referring to Dr. Bartko and his minion. They refused to treat me for any care and walked out of the room on me. I have never been treated like this before at any practice. The other reviews that state they refuse care and are only money hungry are not lying! I recommend this place to no one!
