I had an appointment with Eagle Eye security today to quote an alarm system and no one showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. I waited all afternoon, if they don’t want home owner business why not say that up front? To say you didn’t have my correct number is simply not true, I texted Will my details on Monday and he returned my text saying he’d see me Friday.
Paul's customer service is above and beyond. In trying to do a simple fix on an old system myself, he quickly responded to my question, provided the solution and item that I needed. When most other companies would say they can't help or the system is outdated, Paul and Eagle Eye provided me exactly what was needed.
I called Eagle Eye to help sort out some issues with the Surveillance system in a house we bought recently. Paul came by right away and was as cheerful to deal with as he was knowledgeable. 5 stars!
