We used Eagle Eye after hurricane Idalia to replace a roof that was damaged at our nonprofit. At first the service was great and the repair made in April 2024 seemed great. However, we soon developed a small leak (in June 2024) it took a few calls to have a guy come out (approximately late July/early August when he did come out.) This is about the worst excuse of a roofing company that I have ever come across. If you want a company that does a good job, contact any one else. They do not honor their warranty and they do not call you back and will block your number. My parents roof has leaked three times since they put this roof on and have not come back to repair the spots that leak and have not come to repaint the ceiling where water spots appeared. Use some one else.
