I contacted Jason about some repairs at my condo. He responded quickly and came to look at my issues. He was able to remedy my failing window sills, repair a slider that was damaged by moisture, and did alot of caulking for me around window sills, around stairway railing, and a few other areas that needed caulking. He also did some wall repair and paint touchups on wall areas that had gotten damaged over time. I had numerous window sills that had been damaged by water from condensation. Jason and his crew painted the exterior trim on my house, and replaced a bunch of rotten trim that previous owners painted over. He went the extra mile when we discovered that the windows were never sealed and many of them weren't even screwed in properly. One window moved about 3 inches when he went to put trim on it, and even though I insisted that it wasn't his fault, he had one of his guys patch the paint inside anyways. the drafts in my house are far better, and the house looks 10x better without the rotten wood. VERY impressed with Frank and Jason at Eagle Eye. Had to scramble to get our house for sale. Fair prices and top notch work!!!
Only did the demo work and then stop showing up to my project. This was 5 weeks after a 3 week project time. I was told he had material fees that made up for the half down payment. I never saw those materials.
Jason, Jay and Ryan did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home! They also repaired many rotting boards, thank you, thank you!! They are all so friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't believe how clean and tidy they kept our driveway while working on our house. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again!! Thanks again guys!! We love it!
