My daughter and I went for an eye exam and the Dr. who performed the eye exam on us used numbing drops when we asked him not to. He was grim and smug while explaining us worst case scenarios about our eyes, and then told us that it may not happen, but it could happen. Including telling me that He might have to “boot” me out of there to another eye doctor, who would have to “poke” my eye to release pressure from my eye. I had appointment with Dr. Ball and he was amazing doctor. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the problem and made sure I ended up with best possible prescription. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ball for years, since I remember. Always professional, kind, and amazing at what he does. Always have some good conversations. I make the 40 minute drive every time because of this. Highly recommend.
