Technically they did what they were supposed to do: we bought a house. But throughout the entire process, I never heard anything from them. No updates or checking in. And in person they are just awful. Donna is the worst. A real b***h if you ask me. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Makes you feel stupid for being an unexperienced buyer.
