Came here to get a hose made, walked in right past the employee and got no acknowledgment of us waiting. Looked back at us a couple times and still no acknowledgment. We walked out and told him we were leaving cause we didn’t get acknowledgment or anything. Nothing said to us. He then says “things are different around here” as if customer service is non existent around Franklin I guess. Run by a bunch of libs. Will not be back

Arrived at 2pm after 30 minute drive, told no one could help me that they were at lunch. Told I could wait around if I wanted, that help would get there when it got there. They close at 4:30. Most unfriendly place I’ve seen in a long time, and Frank is the worst customer service person I have encountered in months. As I was sitting in my car for this review, another customer came out of the showroom mad as heck, said he couldn’t believe how he was just treated.
