I agree with the previous review. Do not use this company. Their communication is absolutely terrible. I am waiting for 2.5 months for response to emails. This is a pattern with them. They also make errors in their work product. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Do not use these guys! As an architect with 20+ years of experience in managing projects and dealing with vendors, I can say I’ve never come across a more disorganized and uncommunicative organization. No one will ever answer a phone call. The projects are progressed via change order and there is zero transparency to total project costs. When these concerns were brought to ownership the stoped the project and would not rerun an email or phone call.

We received top-notch service from the soils team. Our situation was unique, trying to fit a very large septic field perfectly between our future home and pond. They were able to get the jigsaw puzzle perfect and made no hardship about making several trips to the property. All of our responses came quicker than expected. The process was simple. We now have all the permits needed to give the builder!
