Tried to pay them for services and then they told me i wasnt their customer... you go to stewarts you buy a product your a customer.. gonna give ya bout 300$ to fix a furnace and im not a customer... live in small town ... and good luck just lost another cause needed a new fuel guy but ..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you can help it. Someone named Cheryl there has twice now exposed all of their customers' email addresses to the public, including my own, and now has done the same with one of their other customer's financial information. STOP DOING THIS. LEARN HOW TO USE EMAIL PROPERLY.
Very responsive, fast, and friendly service. Came out right away when we had an issue and stayed to we were back up and running. Highly recommend!
Cheryl was very helpful and thorough. Larry and Matt services my furnace and went above and beyond.
