We had Neumann Ln. in Newberg oregon paved by the Eagle Elsner Inc. and they bid 3" of asphalt and gave us 2.5". It started to fall apart after 2-3 years. We have spent a ton of money with gator patch to try to prolong it. I had Carlson testing come out to core sample and come to find out in was 2.5" at both ends and the middle. I have been working with Dick Eagle for almost a year now to get a refund of the pavement shortage but he refuses to follow through with anything.
