Today I had an appointment for a filling with Dr. Luke and his lovely assistant Olivia. I must admit I was very nervous coming into this appointment. I have a very sensitive bite and in the past it’s been a challenge today Dr. Luke went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he answered all of my questions patiently. His Customer Service restored my faith in dentistry I could not have asked for my visit to have gone any better. Where to start? ( this may sound like marketing , but very sincere ) I have a little bit of a fear of dentists, this was so pain-free, and a bit relaxing with the TV on the ceiling, exploring Italy. The hygienist hummed to the music while she did an excellent job on my teeth. An absolutely great experience. And love your new building seeing it was the first time I’ve been in. Thank you, Tom.
