The worse property and maintenance staff. Its sad I had to abruptly leave because Lori refused to do anything about the smoking. My air purifer was either on red or yellow I sent her pics and she tried to tell me it was because of the air quality outside and her was also on red. The bad storm we had I couldn't get out I was stuck and the maintainence guy wouldn't answer his phone or text. All i asked to borrow a shovel and I would return it. WARNING DONT MOVE HERE the worse. Lori is sn evil nasty women. Nothing will get fixed even if you complain numerous times. She's nice when you apply then she's nasty after she gets the lease signed. Be warned this place has the nerve to charge over 900 its not worth 650. ONLY if you have bad credit should you move here. Potholes all in the parking lot. My girlfriend had some guy trying to come on to her not sure if he lives in the parking lot.
Lori was pleasantly helpful during the application process. I have not come out to view a unit yet, but will soon.
This has been the most quietest laid back peaceful place to live. I love it here I fell in love with it from the moment I walked in I thought the place was adorable and that I can definitely see myself here I had great vibes right from the beginning. Maintenance is great the owner is awesome everything is close by from Kroger's to Walmart to planet fitness etc everything is right there within 5 to 10 minutes. Nice newly renovated apartments. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to speedway and BP gas stations. The management team is awesome.
