This has been the most quietest laid back peaceful place to live. I love it here I fell in love with it from the moment I walked in I thought the place was adorable and that I can definitely see myself here I had great vibes right from the beginning. Maintenance is great the owner is awesome everything is close by from Kroger's to Walmart to planet fitness etc everything is right there within 5 to 10 minutes. Nice newly renovated apartments. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to speedway and BP gas stations. The management team is awesome.

I called to ask about the application process and what they require. The lady that answered was very rude and condescending. She said “the same thing every place requires” and I informed her that not all places require credit checks or background checks and I was just calling to see what they did. She proceeded to rudely ask what places don’t? And acted like she didn’t believe me. She said she was a private owner so of course she’s going to do checks. Definitely an unpleasant experience.
