I agree with Susan and Mildred. Jessica and Cody have never been unpleasant to me, and always are helpful. I don’t understand why anyone would make it a crusade to get them or anyone fired, it reflects more on the crusaders than on Jessica or Cody. I believe they do the best they can with what they are given. Sneaking sabotage and rabble rousing are not ways to improve anything. In the process of settling into my new home at Eagle Crest. Purchasing the home sight unseen from nearly 600 miles away and moving in has been quite an adventure! But Jessica, the Eagle Crest property manager, greatly simplified the transition. She was in constant contact, answered all my questions and made valuable suggestions. Eagle Crest is a lovely, friendly community; and I am delighted to become one of its newest residents.

Had to make a move quick. I should.have researched much, much more. ALOT of problems the first year. Furnace, AC, electrical, plumbing. This was supposed to make life easier, No, the opposite happened. Sold my house and bought a brand new Single, from what I hear, was way too much. Took a year to get everything corrected. I did not want to deal with that contractors, warranties, Corporate stuff on and on..... . Only good thing is I feel safe here. Everybody waves and says Hello. People here are friendly. I have lived in those park since 2012 and its a great place live. Current employees Jessica and Cody are good people. Cody is taking great care of the plowing of our roads in this very difficult situation. Jessica is a good employee who cares for her residents. As for the management company RH Properties i only give them 2-3 stars. They need to listen more to their residents and employees. The recent rent increases are not warranted and they need to rethink their decisions.
