Everyone at the facility has been welcoming and attentive to my mom's needs and mine as a caregiver. The care has been excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Eagle creek always puts on the best Halloween festival. they make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. I love that they put on this event for the community children. The staff is always courteous and helpful and willing to help. I am a previous employee of Eagle Creek as well, and they treated me no different than if i were a guest. With the utmost courteously. Props to all the staff who work so hard to care for their residents.

So far so good much better communication with the business office the staff seems great ...only 2 days in....so if I have any issues I will post them 4 weeks in and I've never seen my mom smile so much the best part she's not lonely Update!!! The best place for my mom she's happy has friends she eats good and is having fun

The staff members at Eagle Creek are welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond their required duties to ensure that residents' needs and wants are met. They will often stop in the rooms just to say "hello" and chat for a moment with residents and visiting family members. The staff ensures that residents are physically and mentally stimulated on a daily basis.
