Horrible service shop.... promised to have boat back in 1 month for minimal service work. Got the boat back after 3.5 months of excuses. Took boat in to adjust low rpm issues. Got boat back and it stalls above 1300 rpm.. had to figure out how to make it run full throttle. Took back after received it and they had ifmt for another two weeks get boat back and it is still not running right. Figured I wasted 3 months of time and $450 bucks for them to just ruin my boat! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of products..great place overall!
I bought a used boat there and it took them over 3 months to get me the title and service was paid for and not done right, bilge pump float was installed but never wired up to work. Very highly NOT recommend you go there. They can be very rude to deal with as well
Just went there to get a tag for my boat and the rude guy there wouldn't sell them to me cause I didn't have a receipt from purchase bit I did have the OH number and hull id. And he still refused so I left there and went straight to the DMV and got them no problem the just had me fill out a paper and was good to go. Now I will never shop at this shit hole again
$474.00 for a carb fix that was not done properly. Then they wanted $300 more for a fuel pump ($100 part - 10 min job done myself). Didn't fix the problem. Ended up needing a $40.00 carb rebuild kit to fix the problem. Rip off business. Don't go there.
Very helpful and very friendly...took their time to help us in time of need!!!...Definitely recommended!!!!!!
